Ever had an "Aha!!" moment?? You're just going about your day doing whatever you need to do and then...BAM!!!!...you're slammed with a good dose of the Holy Ghost telling you to fix or do or check something out.
That was me just a moment ago. I was mixing up a batch of my Homemade Hot Cocoa mix for my DS's girlfriend when the Holy Ghost said, "Hey Deb..You know that recipe you handed out yesterday? Well, you forgot an ingredient." and I said, "Nooooooo.......I wouldn't do that...would I??" The Holy Ghost said, "Well I told you about it, now it's up to you what you want to do."
A quick trip to the computer proved He was right. (Imagine that, huh???)
So..........the Homemade Hot Cocoa recipe is now corrected. If by chance you've made some already and it tastes a bit funky, that's why. You're missing the powdered milk. Don't throw out your batch of mix, just add 4 cups of non fat powdered milk to it and mix it all together.
And just as a warm fuzzy.....isn't it awesome to know that God is interested in EVERYTHING about our lives.....including hot cocoa!!!!!

You know what? I feel the same way about God being interested in us and loving us INDIVIDUALLY! Years ago, after my husband left (not the wonderful man I am now married to...) I was really poor. I had dropped my girls off at his apartment and went to the Goodwill Store nearby to try to fill the hours without my kids. Suddenly, there on the shelf was a Partylite Lighthouse for $1.99!!! I had wanted that so bad when I had gone to a party but there was no way I could afford it! I stood there with tears in my eyes knowing that MY HEAVENLY FATHER loved me enough to allow me to find that. It was like a little "I love you" gift from Him to me! I still have it...won't part with it!!
